Why was my content rejected or removed even though the customer site contains similar work?

You may encounter instances in which your work was rejected even though there is similar content already approved on the customer site. The reason may be that this content is only acceptable for editorial use, or it may no longer be acceptable at all for our collection.

Due to the dynamic nature of the creative industry, new legal challenges and content requirements present themselves on a daily basis, and we do our best to stay current with these demands. We periodically audit our collection and remove previously approved content that is no longer in line with current restrictions. For this reason, we may also no longer accept content similar to that which has already been accepted into our collection.
