The model release form attached to your submission does not appear to belong to the person depicted in the content.
The property release form attached to your submission does not appear to belong to the real estate property (e.g., a building interior, etc.) or intellectual property depicted in the content (e.g., painting, tattoo, photographic print, sculpture, etc.).

Your releases are named and saved in a way that allows you to easily identify which release belongs to which model or property.
Although optional, filling out the Model Details options for model release uploads (ethnicity, age, and gender) helps customers find the specific attributes for which they are looking. This can also help you to keep track of which release belongs to which model (see image below).
When batch editing on the Submit content page, make sure you are selecting the correct images to attach releases.
When attaching saved releases, be careful to select the correct release from your list of saved release files.
