Can Shutterstock help me recover lost work?

If your hard drive crashes we may be able to help you

We strongly recommend that you back up all your work on at least one external hard drive and/or cloud storage application. The contributor account cannot be used to restore your content in the event that it is lost.

Although downloading your own work from the customer site is not allowed per our Terms of Service, we can in certain cases, such as loss of your work, make an exception and offer the option of recovering your content with a subscription from our website.

Please contact the Contributor Care team for further assistance with recovering your content. If you download your own work without contacting our staff, you will risk the termination of your account.
