We Recommend
Always check the orientation of your files in an editing software before submitting. At times, image/video preview software on your computer will automatically correct the orientation of content for viewing purposes, without changing the actual orientation of the file. So the content may appear correctly oriented on your screen, but when you upload it to Shutterstock the orientation will be incorrect.
If you don’t understand the reason for the rejection of your images or if you need additional clarification, you can always contact contributor support.
