Our team work EST business hours Monday–Friday, excluding local holidays. We aim to reply to all submitted queries within 72 hours during the week and 96 hours if submitted on the weekend. Some queries do have a longer review/reply timeline that will be communicated to you as you submit the ticket.
To ensure we provide the fastest service, please avoid submitting new tickets for the same issue, as this may delay our response time. The same team will work on form and messenger submissions.
