Newly accepted images and video submissions usually come up in your portfolio and in search results on the customer site within 24 hours after approval. Indexing in different search filters, populating in the Catalog Manager, and processing any change to your content or account can usually take up to 72 hours.
If your content was approved and is not showing in your portfolio after 72 hours, please check your account settings to make sure you are not opted out of sales, then clear your cache and reload the browser. If it is still not showing, contact us and provide each image or clip ID number so that we can investigate the matter.
Please keep in mind that if your submission is classified as “Mature Content”, you will need to un-check the “Safe Search” box in order for the content to display in your search results or online gallery.
