One-time passcodes
Shutterstock security systems will generate a one-time passcode when a suspicious login attempt is detected. If you are prompted to check your email for a one-time passcode while you attempt to log in to your account, don’t be alarmed, as this is just an additional layer of security. However, if you receive a one-time passcode from Shutterstock without having recently attempted to log in to your account, please follow the password reset link provided in the email to secure your account.
