To Change Your Address
You can change your address by going to your contributor dashboard:

Alternatively, go to the Account Settings:
Click the menu icon in the top left of your dashboard.
Select Account Settings in the bottom left.
There, you can update your address, payment info, password, email, and licensing options.
Note: Any address and name changes will reset your current tax form, requiring you to submit a new one in the Tax Center
To change your name (Legal name on the account)
Name changes require manual processing for security reasons and must be supported by official documentation.
Please send a request along with a copy of your ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or identity card) to: submit@shutterstock.com
In your email:
Ask for a FULL Legal Name Change.
Confirm that your ID is attached to the request.
Photo is required for ID cards.
Account Payto name does impact payment process and will be reflected on your tax form.

To change your display name (public name)
Your display name is what appears publicly next to your content on shutterstock.com. It’s also used as your Copyright Name.
You may use:
Your real name
An artist name
A nickname
A pseudonym
You can change this name yourself via your Public Profile, once your account has been approved.
To do this:
Select Public Profile from the bottom left menu.
Edit your display name.
Note: You can only change your public profile URL once - after that, it's locked.
