If your vector illustration was rejected with “Multiple Windows - File opens with multiple windows. Please save file with only one window,” it is because we do not accept EPS files with multiple windows

Close all document windows before saving the finished illustration
If you wish to retain multiple windows in the EPS file, make a copy of the file and rename it to include “multiple windows” in the title to differentiate the two files
Be sure to exit out of outline mode before submitting the finished illustration
