Vectors must be on one artboard

Updated over 7 months ago

If your content was rejected with “Vector is overlapping artboard bounds or is too small on the artboard, or there is more than one artboard in the file,” it is probably due to one of the following reasons:

Illustration is too small to view at full magnification

  • Vector illustration is too small to view in detail or be easily edited, even at 6400% which is the highest magnification in Adobe Illustrator CS6

We recommend

  • View the entire illustration to make sure all vector elements are contained within the artboard

  • Remember that vector illustrations cannot be larger than 15MB

  • Be sure all the details of the design are visible, especially on smaller file sizes

  • Verify that the vector illustration can be edited easily at 6400% magnification or less

  • If the image is larger than the artboard or not contained within the artboard, adjust the vector so it fits within the artboard

  • Be sure the illustration has only one artboard

  • When using Inkscape or CorelDraw, please be sure to make your artboard size no longer than 600 pixels on the longest side.
