If your content was rejected with “Content does not meet our minimum quality standards,” it may be because of one of the following issues:
Content contains visible dust, dirt, or scratches on the lens or sensor spots can be seen.
Content was shot through dirty glass (e.g., a video shot through a dirty bus window).
Moisture on the lens is prominent and obstructs the subject matter.
A reflection is distracting or depicts unwanted elements.
We Recommend
Make sure your camera lens is clean and dust-free before shooting.
Ensure that any glass you are shooting through is smudge-free.
Avoid changing lenses in areas where there is a lot of dust or debris (e.g., on the beach, on a gravel path, in windy conditions).
Use a dust blower to clean your lens prior to attaching it to the camera.
Always put on your lens cap when the lens is not in use.
Use the self-cleaning sensor feature on the camera every time you shoot (if it has one).
If your camera’s sensor is very dirty, have it professionally cleaned.
Remove all sensor spots or lens dust in post-production before submitting your content.
Wipe moisture off your lens away in between shoots when shooting in the rain or in a wet environment.
Verify that the photographer/videographer and equipment cannot be seen in a reflection.
