In addition, numerous Shutterstock teams support customers throughout their journey on our platform to ensure that they find the right solutions for their creative needs. Customer Care teams support and educate customers on the Standard and Enhanced licenses offered on our E-commerce site, while dedicated Customer Success Managers and Licensing Specialists assist and guide our Enterprise customers in selecting from a variety of Premier and Media licenses offered on the Enterprise platform.
If Shutterstock discovers that our content is not being used in accordance with a license, we have a dedicated Legal team that investigates such claims and works with the relevant parties to ensure that the situation is corrected with a purchase of the correct license or other measures are taken as deemed appropriate.
